Social Programme

The main objective of the 8th IWFC is to create space for presentation of current results of work in the field of wildland fire. The conference is also a space for creating collaborative links between professionals, academics, industry and public authorities aiming at long-term sharing of knowledge and discussions of highly current issues.

We remind participants that the Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee, and that we welcome accompanying persons' to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner (for an additional fee, available in the participants' registration form).

WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will be at the Conference Venue (Estoril Congress Center), on Wednesday, June 5.

CONFERENCE DINNER

The Conference Dinner has an extra cost to be paid by participants and accompanying persons.

The Dinner will be at the Black & Silver Room of the Estoril Casino (at walking distance from the venue), on Thursday, June 6.
